Runs, as many as you like, with no card. Each one makes up to three clips of up to thirty seconds, captioned in Bold Pop, in any of the three frames. They carry a small watermark, and the editor and the three effects are Pro. Nothing expires and nothing counts down.

$19.99 a month or $5.99 a week, and the first week is free either way. It takes every limit off: as many clips a run as you want, clips up to three minutes, all twenty caption styles, remove silences, transition effects, colour grading, the editor, and no watermark.

Start Pro and you are not charged for seven days. A card is taken when you start so the plan can begin, and cancelling before day eight charges nothing. Cancel later and you stay on Pro to the end of the period, then drop back to the free plan — you never lose access to the app.

Set the range before you start and we look for clips only inside it. It costs nothing either way — it just keeps the search on the part you care about.

Pick by what the video is, not by how long it is. Talking is for podcasts, interviews and lectures: the transcript is scored, and a moment wins by opening and resolving inside itself. Stream is for gaming, IRL, watch-alongs and reactions: the sound is measured, and the moments that climb above the video's own level are the ones cut. Stream also starts on the full 16:9 frame, because that is how a stream is watched.

How loud the video gets against its own level, rather than against a fixed number — a shout after the play, a laugh nobody could hold in, a room going up. The words are still written down, for the captions and for context, but they are not what decides the clip. If nothing in the range ever rose, the run says so instead of cutting three flat minutes at random.

In stream mode, yes. A play, a jump scare or a reaction can be the whole clip, and when nobody says anything there is nothing to caption. In talking mode there is always speech, because the transcript is the thing being judged.

Seven days. Uploads and the clips cut from them are deleted a week after they are made, and the studio shows how long each clip has left. Download what you want to keep — we are a place clips are made, not a place they live.
